Rule 30
Ministry of Finance to finalize the budget and program
(1) In accordance with this regulation, the Ministry of Finance will receive the budget and program from all agencies and finalize the budget and program after necessary discussion.
(2) When finalizing the budget and program in accordance with sub-rule (1), the Ministry of Finance may make additions and subtractions to the budget statement prepared and submitted in accordance with rule 20 after considering the economic situation of the country in consultation with the relevant ministries and the National Planning Commission.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), when the Ministry of Finance increases or decreases the budget, it shall discuss with the relevant ministry and arrange the program accordingly.
